Contract Type: Blanket Purchase Agreement for CISCO Equipment & Maintenance Support

Contract Period of Performance: September 7, 2009 – September 7, 2014

Contract Overview: Mercom shall provide brand name CISCO routers, switches and product maintenance support to DCMA for upgrading the network and replacing obsolete existing equipment. The supplies, equipment, and support maintenance listed in Attachment 1 may be ordered under this BPA. All BPA Calls placed against this BPA are subject to terms and conditions herein. Prices shown in Attachment 1 are to be effective 7 September 2009 through 6 September 2014. This BPA will be reviewed annually to ensure that it still represents the best value as required by Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation, 213-303-5.
