Mercom is looking for a self motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Support Specialist. Applicants should have excellent computer and communication skills. One to two years of customer service is required.

  • Work closely with other departments to accomplish customer service needs & resolve issues
  • Evaluate needs of prospective and current clients in an effective manner.
  • Perform Customer Service Responsibilities as needed (to include, but not limited to getting and maintaining tracking information, answering phones, developing relationship with vendors, etc)
  • Develop understanding of Mercom’s Mission Statement and the expectations of Management to achieve goals within it.
  • Review reports and pay strict attention to detail.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
