Mercom Corporation is looking for self motivated individuals to join our team as AV/VTC Installation Technician. AV/VTC Technicinas are responsible for installation and configuration of AV components including video and teleconferencing systems. Individuals must have a knowledge of Crestron, AMX, Polycom, and Tandberg as well as have the ability to upload and understand programming codes, read schematics and configure and troubleshoot AV/VTC equipment. 3-5 years of commercial experience is preferred. Business Developement Executive

Mercom is looking for a self-motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive! Candidates must have a complete understanding of the Business Development process which entails the development of management and technical approaches, cost volume management, teaming, pricing strategies and competitive assessments, understanding the business development process within the government contracting industry and having in-depth knowledge of both the Federal Acquisitions Regulations and State and Municipal Agencies. Applicants should have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in sales and business development. Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s degree and PMP a plus. Knowledge and experience working directly with Government agencies and the Federal sector is required. Knowledge of the IT field is preferred. An active security clearance is a plus.
